Project: Additive Manufacturing for Waste-Printed Circuit Board (W-PCB) Recycling
Developed a lab-scale binder jetting system to recycle waste printed circuit boards (WPCB) into low-cost functional electrodes for electrorefining/electroplating. Established a powder metallurgy route to convert WPCB-derived metal concentrates into value-added components with improved energy efficiency. This work supports sustainable manufacturing and circular economy by enabling scalable e-waste recycling through additive manufacturing.
